He was an actor who appeared in such movies as "The Green Hornet" (1940 and 1990), "Gremlins" (and sequel), "The Mighty Quinn", "A Fine Mess", "Fly Away Home", "Won Ton Ton, the Dog Who Saved Hollywood", "The Hawaiians", "Project X", "Hell's Half Acre", "Waterfront at Midnight", "First Yank Into Tokyo", "Tokyo Rose", "Dr. Gillespie's Criminal Case", "Invisible Agent", "Let's Go Collegiate", "North of Shanghai", "Charlie Chan at the Circus", "Oil for the Lamps of China" and "The Painted Veil". As well, he appeared on such television shows as "Sidekicks" (Sabasan), "General Hospital" (The Ancient One), "M*A*S*H", "Harry O" (Dr. Creighton Fong), "Jabberjaw", "Kung Fu" (Master Po - and movie), "Anna and the King" (Kralahome) and "Kentucky Jones" (Mr. Wong), among numerous guest appearances. His brother was actor Edwin Luke. He died of a stroke.
