He was an actor who appeared in such movies as "Gidget Grows Up", "The Night of the Auk", "City Story", "A Lion Is in the Streets", "The Star", "Go for Broke!", "Only the Valiant", "Alias a Gentleman", "Song of the Thin Man", "Abbott and Costello in Hollywood", "Trial by Trigger" and "The Sunbeam". As well, he appeared on such television shows as "Peyton Place" (Matthew Swain), "The Lineup" (Det. Lt. Ben Guthrie - also movie) and "The Doctor" (host), among various guest appearances. He died of cancer.
