He is an actor who has appeared in such movies as "Little Miss Perfect", "Cold River", "Every Stray Dog and Kid", "Alligator", "The Man in the Santa Claus Suit", "Once Upon a Midnight Scary", "How the West Was Won" and "The Ransom of Red Chief". As well, he has appeared on such television shows as "Knots Landing" (Michael Fairgate - and sequel movie) and "The Kallikaks" (J.T., Jr.), among various guest appearances. His brother is actor Chris Petersen.
